Bucket Bay (the “Game”) is operated by MINER TYCOON LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains what the Game collects, why, and what control you have.
You do not create an account with a name, email, or password. The Game issues an anonymous player ID so that your progress and any purchases survive a reinstall or a change of device.

The Game shows optional rewarded videos and occasional interstitial ads. Ads are served by the platform's advertising SDK, which may collect device identifiers and ad-interaction data under its own privacy policy. We receive only whether a video was completed, so we can grant the reward.
An optional ad-free purchase removes interstitials and lets you claim rewards without watching videos.
In the TikTok mini-game version, the ad-free pass is purchased with TikTok's in-platform currency (BEANS). Delivery is confirmed by a server-to-server notification from TikTok. In App Store and Google Play versions, purchases are processed by Apple or Google. In all cases the payment itself happens on the platform's systems, not ours.
Data is stored on servers operated for MINER TYCOON LIMITED and may be processed in Hong Kong or in other regions where our hosting providers operate. We keep your player record while your save is active. If you ask us to delete your data, or if a save has been inactive for 24 months, the record is deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and refund obligations require.
The Game is rated for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with such information, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above, and — for material changes — show a notice in the Game before the change takes effect.
