This Privacy Policy explains how MINER TYCOON LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”, the “Company”) handles information in connection with the mobile application Calcora (the “App”). We are committed to protecting your privacy. Calcora is designed to work primarily on your device and does not require you to create an account.

Summary. Calcora does not ask for your name, email, phone number, or location. Your calculations, history, theme and language preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not sell your personal data. The only data leaving your device is (a) anonymous requests to fetch live exchange-rate and precious-metal prices, (b) advertising and subscription information processed by Apple and our advertising provider, as described below.

1. Information We Do and Do Not Collect

1.1 Information stored only on your device

The following data is stored locally on your device (using the operating system’s standard local storage) and is not transmitted to us:

1.2 Information we do not collect

We do not collect your name, email address, postal address, phone number, precise or approximate geolocation, contacts, photos, or biometric data. We do not require registration or sign-in.

1.3 Automatically processed information

When live market data is requested, or when advertisements are served, limited technical information (such as IP address, device type, operating-system version, and a non-persistent identifier) may be processed by the relevant third-party service to deliver the request and for fraud prevention and security. We do not use this information to identify you.

2. Third-Party Services

Calcora relies on a small number of third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

3. Advertising and Your Choices

Free users may watch a short rewarded advertisement to temporarily unlock a professional tool, and may see banner advertisements. Subscribing to Calcora Pro removes all advertising. On iOS, you control app tracking through the system App Tracking Transparency prompt and via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. You may also reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings.

4. How We Use Information

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not sell or rent personal information.

5. Legal Bases (EEA/UK Users)

Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the App and subscriptions); legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, basic ad delivery); and consent (personalized advertising/tracking, where applicable). You may withdraw consent at any time through your device settings.

6. Data Retention

Locally stored data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. We do not maintain servers that store your personal calculations or history. Information processed by third parties is retained according to their respective policies.

7. Children’s Privacy

Calcora is a general-audience utility and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

8. International Transfers

Our third-party providers may process limited technical data in countries other than your own. Where required, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. Because Calcora stores your usage data locally and does not maintain user accounts, most of these rights can be exercised directly by managing or deleting data on your device. 10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. Network requests for market data and subscription validation are transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, through an in-App notice. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
