Human Average (the “Game”) is operated by MINER TYCOON LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (“we”, “us”, “our”). The Game is designed to be privacy-friendly. Your game progress — answers, scores, personas, nickname, settings, tickets, and level records — is stored locally on your device (or in the hosting platform's local storage). We do not require you to create an account to play.
Result cards and challenge links that you share contain only your nickname, scores, and encoded answers for the day's questions. They are shared only through the channel you choose, by your action.
Rewarded and interstitial ads may be served by third-party ad networks (for example, TikTok's ad system on the TikTok version). These networks may use device identifiers to serve and measure ads in accordance with their own privacy policies and your device's ad-tracking settings. Purchasing the ad-free pass suppresses interstitial ads.
The Game is suitable for general audiences (rated 4+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Game data stays on the device as described above.
Because game data is stored locally, deleting the app (or clearing the platform's storage) removes it. You can also erase all data in-app: Settings → Reset save data, and on iOS/Android, Settings → Delete Account removes your data and any linked-account association.
Local data is protected by your device's sandboxing. When server features (leaderboards, account sync) launch, data in transit will be protected with HTTPS and this policy will be updated accordingly.
We operate from Hong Kong. By using the Game you acknowledge that any data you actively share may be processed where our service providers operate, consistent with this policy.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date above.
