This Privacy Policy explains what information the game Puppy Yards (the "Game"), operated by MINER TYCOON LIMITED, a company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("we", "us"), handles and how. We designed the Game to work without accounts and without collecting personal information.
In short: your progress lives on your device; we don't ask for your name, email, or contacts; the display name is a randomly generated tag you can change; we run no analytics of our own; optional rewarded ads are handled by the distribution platform under its own policy.
This data never leaves your device in the current version of the Game. Uninstalling the Game (or clearing its data) permanently deletes it.
The current leaderboard is generated locally on your device and compares your total score against pre-set computer opponents. No score, name, or identifier is uploaded. If a future version introduces online leaderboards, this Policy will be updated first and the feature will be clearly labeled.
The Game may offer optional rewarded video ads (for example, to refill an ability charge). Ads are delivered by the distribution platform's advertising service (such as Apple's App Store ecosystem or TikTok Mini Games). Those platforms may process device identifiers and ad-interaction data under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We do not receive personal information from ad providers — only an anonymous signal that a reward should be granted.
The Game uses device vibration (haptics) for gameplay feedback and synthesizes its own audio. It requests no sensitive system permissions.
The Game is suitable for general audiences, including children. Because we collect no personal information, no personal data of children is processed. Rewarded ads, where available, follow the distribution platform's family and minors policies.
All game data is retained only in local app storage, protected by your device's operating-system sandbox. We retain nothing on servers. You can erase all data at any time by uninstalling the Game.
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. As the Game stores data only on your device and we hold no copy, you can exercise these rights directly: change your display name in Settings, or delete everything by uninstalling. For any privacy question or request, contact us at the address below.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and any dispute arising from it shall be resolved by the courts of Hong Kong.
If a future update changes how data is handled (for example, online leaderboards or cloud saves), we will update this Policy and revise the "Effective date" above before the change takes effect.
