These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile and web game Puppy Yards (the "Game"), operated by MINER TYCOON LIMITED, a company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, solely for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Game or any part of it, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
The Game is suitable for general audiences. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may use the Game only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
The Game may offer optional rewarded video advertisements (for example, to refill ability charges). Advertisements are provided by third-party ad networks of the distribution platform (such as the App Store or TikTok Mini Games), and your interaction with them is subject to those third parties' own terms and policies.
You agree not to: (a) exploit bugs, use cheats, bots, or automation to gain unfair advantage (including manipulating scores or leaderboards); (b) interfere with or disrupt the Game or its services; (c) use the Game for any unlawful purpose; or (d) choose a display name that is offensive, misleading, or infringes the rights of others. We may reset progress, scores, or display names that violate these rules.
The Game — including its code, artwork, characters, music, and the "Puppy Yards" name — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT SAVED PROGRESS WILL NEVER BE LOST.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROGRESS, OR VIRTUAL ITEMS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE GAME. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE GAME IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR TEN US DOLLARS IF YOU PAID NOTHING). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. Sections 3, 6, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Game shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected to the extent they apply.
