AI-generated content created through your use of the Services is licensed to you for your personal or commercial use (subject to applicable laws), but we retain the right to use anonymized input/output data to improve our AI models (as outlined in our Privacy Policy).

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MINER TYCOON LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF HKD 100 (HONG KONG DOLLARS) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MINER TYCOON LIMITED, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable laws or regulations; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights (including intellectual property rights).
